PATRICK BRUNING | General Manager

Patrick joined TFB Hospitality in April of 2025, having moved from Philadelphia the previous winter after successfully running several outlets for a small restaurant group for over a decade. A true swiss army knife of hospitality, Patrick has spent around 20 years in the industry, having come from bussing tables and dishwashing to General Manager status occupying all titles in between.

While his passions lie in craft cocktailing, Patrick enjoys exploring international cuisine, as well, and loves travelling when given the chance – inputting his experiences into his menus. Patrick recently acquired an MBA from the University of Louisville and is constantly continuing his educational exploits.

When not behind the bar or serving up plates, Patrick spends time with his partner, Katie, and loves all things outdoors. He is often trying to hit a local golf course in his spare time.

At the helm of the Conway Social Club’s kitchen is Executive Chef Wilson Lopez, whose creativity, precision, and deep respect for seasonal ingredients shapes every dish on our menu.

Chef Wilson has been part of the TFB Hospitality family for nearly two years, first making his mark at Per Diem with his thoughtful take on modern American cuisine. Now leading the culinary program at Conway, he brings that same passion and artistry to our elevated, small-plate-driven menu.

His style? A blend of refined technique and approachable elegance, perfectly suited to the intimate, curated experience that defines Conway. We’re excited for you to experience his vision with each bite.
