We present these cocktails as an embrace of our global community. While we do not pretend to be experts on any culture, cuisine, or spirit (let alone our own), we acknowledge our requisite participation in the world at large. Although each cocktail on this list may appear indicative of a singular place or area, we are reminded that the sum of the global melting pot is greater than its individual parts. More than ever, it's necessary to hold these ideals true and welcome any neighbor into our space. We hope this book reflects that in our little corner of the world, in Lancaster.
To navigate this menu, identify numbers on the map that correspond to offerings on the following pages representing the continents of our world. These are stories to be had, and we recommend some time be spent with them. Note an arrangement of non-alcoholic cocktails within each section. The menu is subject to change based on seasonality/ availability, and substitutions can be made only in certain instances. Bon Voyage, travelers.
